La atención al cliente está siendo magnífica; al llamar por teléfono me atendió una persona (¡ no salió una locución de \"tipo robot\" de esas que te dejan esperando!) lo cual agradecí muchísimo, me generó confianza y tranquilidad. He devuelto la chaqueta que compré a través de correos y les he mandado el ticket de envío por wasap. Me contestaron al instante, así que estoy a la espera de que les llegue el artículo y procedan a mi devolución.
De momento todo está siendo muy profesional, por ello lo valoro al máximo : recibí la chaqueta en tiempo y la atención posventa destaca por su atención personalizada. Estoy segura que se procederá a la devolución tal y como anuncian en su web.
No dudaré en volver a comprar :)
